This role supports continuous improvement by identifying defects, documenting findings, and working closely with production teams to maintain high-quality output. Responsibilities: Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products according to quality standards and inspection plansUse measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection aidsIdentify, document, and report nonconforming materials or productsRecord inspection results accurately in quality logs or systemsWork with production and engineering teams to investigate quality issues and root causesEnsure compliance with internal quality procedures and external standards (e.g., ISO, customer specs)Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections as requiredMaintain a clean, organized inspection area and ensure proper handling of inspected partsSupport audits and quality improvement initiativesFollow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsBasic understanding of quality control principles and inspection methods Benefits and Perks: $25-27 per hr. based on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401k w/ company matchOpportunity for long-term employmentYour New Organization:Join a team that values its employees and provides competitive compensation.
