About the Role

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Inspector to join our rapidly growing CNC job shop. If you enjoy hands‑on inspection work, solving problems, and ensuring parts meet the highest standards, this is a great opportunity to build your career — with a clear path toward leadership in the quality department.

You’ll work with plastic and metal machined parts, using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM equipment daily. This role is essential to maintaining our ISO 9001 quality standards and supporting production as we continue to scale.

You’ll join a custom-run CNC job shop specializing in short- and long-run parts for both plastics and metals. We produce large plastic filtration components and help turn prototypes into production-ready parts. The shop is clean, organized, and expanding — with potential for new facilities in the next three years.

This is a Permanent position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

-Standard benefits\n401k match - 100% to 3%, 50% to 6%\n-Year end bonus based on profits\n-Growing company within the medical industry- plan to double within the next 3 years and have the workload to do so
