**Quality Inspector – Day Shift** 📍 **Fremont, CA** | 💰 **Up to $30/hour** | 🕗 **Day Shift** We’re hiring a **detail‑oriented Quality Inspector** to join our team in Fremont! This role is perfect for someone with **machine shop experience** who enjoys hands‑on inspection work and takes pride in maintaining high-quality standards. **What You’ll Do** + Perform **in‑process and final visual inspections** of raw and metalized products + Measure parts using **calipers, micrometers, gauges, and rulers** + Accept or reject products based on established quality standards + Complete **First Article Inspections (FAI)** + Interpret **GD&T and mechanical drawings** + Communicate inspection results with production and quality team members + Accurately document inspection and test data + Support the QA/QC team with data collection initiatives **What We’re Looking For** + Previous **quality inspection experience in a machine shop environment** + Strong working knowledge of **GD&T** + Hands‑on experience with **precision measuring tools** + Ability to read and interpret **engineering and mechanical drawings** + Detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working on the production floor **Work Environment** + Manufacturing / **machine shop setting** + Quality team works in a **dedicated inspection area** on the production floor **Why You’ll Like It Here** + **Day shift schedule** + **Competitive pay up to $30/hr** + Stable work environment with a collaborative quality team **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
