1)  严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。

2)  参照检验清单检验车辆检验并满足生产节拍，确保其符合卡特彼勒规范和质量要求。 

3)  检验结果按照BIQ流程进行反馈和存档。

4)  根据工程师要求对质量改善验证信息进行收集及跟踪。

5)  多技能并具备非常丰富的检验知识。

6)  对挖掘机性能进行测试检验，感知并识别性能异常（液压，电器，发动机，空调，异响等），熟练检验挖机配置和外观。

7)  积极参与和识别生产过程中存在的问题和风险，提交持续改进建议卡。

8)  为检查清单完善和修改提供建议。

9)  按要求完成5S整理工作。

遵守公司规章制度，完成team leader指定的其它任务。
