Quality Inspector
(2nd shift) As a Quality Inspector 1, you will be responsible for monitoring, measuring, and evaluating the quality of molded parts and assemblies to ensure they meet customer and company quality standards. This role involves conducting inspections using visual assessment as well as precision measurement tools such as gauges, calipers, and other inspection equipment. You will play a key role in identifying non-conformities, documenting inspection results, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to uphold the highest quality standards

Temporary position$19.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm) Provide support for First Article Inspections and Revision verifications. Help generate and Implement Quality plans. Provide SPC support as needed to satisfy the requirements of our customers. Verify the cosmetic quality of production parts, both in the Molding Department and the Finishing Department. Verify the conformance of dimensional requirements of production parts, both in the Molding Department and the Finishing Department. Provide Quality Assurance support during Qualified Start-up procedures. Generate documentation and provide technical support for non-conformances. Provide an Engineering liaison service for the Molding and Finishing Departments.Quality Inspector Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of plastic injection molding neededAbility to stand/walk, move around the production floor for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
