**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description** Set up and monitor all looms ensuring the consistency and quality of the fabrics produced to their optimum performance. Maintain and repair looms as and when required to the approved maintenance standard. Train and develop technical skills within the production environment ensuring all personnel achieve the best possible production targets. Work with Facilities Manager to ensure that production plan targets are met. Work with Health & Safety and Quality personnel to ensure the effective performance of the quality system. Ensure effective communication of maintenance schedules and breakdowns with production technician and advise of any trends in breakdown of looms. **Responsibilities** + Monitor and ensure the consistency and quality of fabric production. + Set up all looms to achieve optimal performance. + Maintain and repair looms according to approved maintenance standards. + Develop technical skills within the production team to meet production targets. + Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to achieve production plan targets. + Work closely with Health & Safety and Quality personnel to uphold the quality system. + Communicate maintenance schedules and breakdowns effectively with production technicians. + Advise on trends in loom breakdowns. **Essential Skills** + Experience in quality inspection. + Computer control experience. + Good mechanical skills. + Troubleshooting skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a production environment. + Experience with machines or stitching is a plus. + Associate Degree preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that offers a direct hire position with above average starting pay in a climate-controlled environment. **Work Environment** The work environment is climate controlled and clean, providing a comfortable and efficient workspace. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Cameron, SC. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $41600.00/yr.
