Quality Inspector

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an essential part of the quality assurance department, supporting production, operations, and management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Inspector
**Location:** Waukesha, WI
**Pay Range: 7:00am - 3:30pm**
**Shift: $20-$23**
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist in the improvement, implementation, and maintenance of the company's quality system.
+ Perform and manage the inspection process, including incoming material verification, in-process inspections, and final inspections.
+ Complete detailed documentation and assist in resolving quality issues.
+ Help maintain calibration and functionality of quality tools and equipment, including gages and inspection fixtures.
+ Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve non-conformance issues and support quality certifications.
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to understand job specifications, production schedules, and customer requirements.
+ Hands-on experience with inspection processes and documentation.
+ Knowledge of quality tools, calibration, and ISO requirements.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
