**Job Title: Quality Inspector** Job Description As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product conformance to design requirements. You will be responsible for performing auditing surveillance, monitoring, and identifying discrepancies, as well as controlling non-conforming items. Responsibilities + Verify routine product conformance to design requirements. + Perform auditing surveillance and monitoring. + Identify and document discrepancies. + Segregate and control non-conforming items. + Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance. + Conduct product review with customers during product or process verification. + Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiate corrective action requests. + Inspect incoming parts/material and outgoing orders to verify certification accuracy. + Conduct dimensional inspections per design records and document AQL levels. + Conduct visual inspections for obvious defects. + Review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per AS9100 and company quality standards. + Communicate with vendors as needed. + Obtain and maintain Customer Designated Supplier Quality Representative Stamps for at least three customers, as applicable by site size. + Active use of stamps for quality assurance. Essential Skills + 2 years of related work experience using calipers, ring/pin gages, comparators, and Smart scopes. + Experience in QA inspection methods and procedures, including First Article Inspection. + Proficient PC skills and use of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous aerospace inspection experience preferred. + Knowledge of AS9100 requirements. + Ability to lift 30 lbs. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
