**Job Title: Quality Inspector**
Job Description
We are a precision CNC manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Inspector. The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, conducting in-process inspections, and ensuring that machined parts meet both the specifications of the drawings and the customer's quality standards.
Schedule & Pay
**Pay: $22-$26/hr**
**1st Shift: M-TH 6am - 4:30pm & Fri 6am – 2:30 overtime**
**2nd Shift: M-TH 4:15pm - 2:45am**
Responsibilities
+ Conduct inspections of incoming materials.
+ Perform in-process inspections of products.
+ Ensure machined parts meet tight tolerance and customer quality standards.
+ Utilize measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
+ Conduct first article inspections.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Essential Skills
+ Extensive experience with measuring equipment: micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
+ Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
+ Experience with first article inspections.
+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
+ Basic computer and documentation skills.
+ Basic math skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma.
+ Experience with PCDMIS software (CMMS system).
+ Experience inspecting metals/tools in a shop setting.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled plant during the first shift from Monday through Thursday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Apopka, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
