We are seeking a dedicated Inspector to join our team on the 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for the final inspection of finished aerospace parts and components, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
ResponsibilitiesConduct final inspections of finished aerospace parts and components.Operate a CMM machine as needed.Perform both visual and dimensional inspections using standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and borescopes.Inspect parts against customer specifications and determine acceptance or rejection.Create non-conformance reports based on inspection outcomes.Work with operation sheets and blueprints daily, utilizing GD&T extensively.Verify certification packages before applying the final signature stamp.
Essential SkillsMinimum of 2+ years experience as an Inspector, preferably in an aerospace environment.Proficiency in GD&T.Experience with Pratt/GE and first article inspection is a significant advantage.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean, well-lit, and organized, with a mix of new and old machinery. The facility hosts a total of 200 people across two shifts, and employees are required to wear PPE, including steel-toed shoes and safety glasses. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, with the 1st shift running from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and the 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. There is potential for weekend work, although it is unlikely.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
