Job Description

Responsibilities

Review daily reports to ensure quality standards.Release materials via dispomatic reports.Lead day-to-day and improvement activities in the Quality department.Efficiently prioritize workload for the Quality department.Communicate any quality issues with mill tech services.Discuss quality issues with the quality manager.Conduct internal audits for the quality management system.Participate in quality-related initiatives.

Essential Skills

Quality assurance and control experience.Proficiency in quality inspection and visual inspection.Experience in automotive production and metal handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Two-year degree from college or technical school, or equivalent experience.Experience in the automotive industry, assembly, manufacturing, or production work environment.Experience working with various metals is advantageous.Familiarity with IATF standards is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and climate-controlled warehouse, maintaining a comfortable 70 degrees year-round. The environment includes moving mechanical parts with a moderate noise level, requiring proper safety equipment. The position offers both 1st and 2nd shift options, with mandatory overtime and weekend work, especially on Production Saturdays. Flexibility to cover other shifts is necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of PRINCETON, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.75/hr.
