The Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting appearance inspections based on general plastic, hardware, PCB, and project-specific standards. Dimensional inspections are carried out using tools such as calipers, micrometers, plug gauges, tooth gauges, and height gauges according to drawings and specifications provided by ME or suppliers. Hardness testing is performed using hardness agents for materials with specific hardness requirements. Assembly inspections are conducted by simulating physical assembly with packaging products. The inspector also approves labels, boxes, code dates, and packaging materials, while placing non-conforming materials and products on hold for release to MRB.

Essential SkillsMinimum high school diploma or related experience.At least 2 years of experience as an IQA Inspector in an electronics manufacturing environment.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail.Technical skills to understand blueprints, documents, and manuals.Knowledge of basic math and computer skills.
