**Job Title: Quality Inspector** Job Description As a Quality Inspector, you will utilize calipers and micrometers to inspect parts produced by machines. You will ensure the quality and precision of components, contributing to the production of high-standard medical and dental instruments and implants. Responsibilities + Use calipers and micrometers to inspect parts for accuracy and precision. + Perform visual inspections of tiny parts to ensure quality standards are met. + Interpret blueprints to understand specifications and requirements for parts. + Count and verify the number of parts produced. + Maintain detailed records of inspections and findings. Essential Skills + Mechanical aptitude. + Experience with blueprints. + Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers. + Experience in visual inspection of tiny parts. Work Environment Work in an air-conditioned, updated precision department with 100 different CNC machines, including 83 Swiss machines and 17 mill/lathe machines. The company operates with 46 employees on the first shift and 26 on the second shift, ensuring a focused and productive environment. No weekend shifts are required. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
