Perform visual and mechanical inspections of materials, manufactured parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies for specification compliance\nPerform dimensional measurements, First Article Inspections, and final inspections\nInspect electronic assemblies \nRun gear tester to perform gear roll inspection\nRecord all deficiencies observed in material inspected and generates non-conformance rejection reports\nMaintain inspection files and records\nPeriodically inspects test equipment and specialized tools to ensure current calibration\nWork from drawings and engineering change notices and follows established operating procedures

At least 5 years’ related precision inspection experience \nKnowledge of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gages, height gages, ring gages, plug gages, indicators, and comparator centers\nA-610 Electronics Assembly Inspection Certification preferred\nAt least 1 year experience running CMM equipment\nKnowledge of GD&T\nDemonstrated ability to perform gear rolling, spring checking and micro harness checking

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.71 - $24.71/hr.
