Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to perform First Article, In-Process, and Final inspections. You will be responsible for conducting incoming inspections on products received from Outside Processes and inspecting parts using various techniques and equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauge pins. You will apply inspection concepts efficiently, complete inspection reports, verify customer certifications, and adhere to our Quality Management System and Procedures.

ResponsibilitiesPerform First Article, In-Process, and Final inspections with assistance, when necessary.Conduct incoming inspections on products received from Outside Processes.Inspect parts to print and models using various inspection techniques and equipment (Micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, etc.).Apply concepts to inspect products efficiently.Complete inspection reports and Customer Certification verification with assistance if necessary.Follow directions and perform general quality-related tasks with assistance if necessary.Adhere to the Quality Management System and Procedures.Essential SkillsProficiency in quality inspection techniques.Experience with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.Understanding of quality assurance and quality check processes.Ability to perform first article and final inspections.Knowledge of CMM, optical inspection, optical microscope, and dimensional inspection.Fundamental understanding of GD&T.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic ability to utilize CMM, Optical Comparator, and Keyence Instant Measuring System.Basic knowledge of hand measurement tools and measurement equipment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work a 1st Shift schedule consisting of 5 – 8-hour shifts with potential for overtime as necessary, including occasional weekends if needed. Benefit from flexible scheduling in agreement with your supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $60320.00/yr.
