**Job Title: Quality Inspectors** **2nd Shift 3:00PM-11:30PM $21.35/hour** **3rd shift 11:00PM-7:30AM $21.60/hour** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Quality Inspectors to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shift. The Quality Inspectors will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by performing various tests, documenting findings, and communicating quality issues across shifts. **Responsibilities** + Communicate quality issues discovered to other shifts. + Fill out the Quality Assurance Daily Reports. + Check color using the Spectrophotometer. + Size parts and document findings. + Notify production team of defects and size problems; issue QANs when needed. + Weigh THM parts and document findings. + Perform fit and leak tests if applicable. + Inspect jobs on the production floor and document findings. + Conduct tests such as Rigidity and/or Haze & Clarity. + Refer to the QA sample Procedures when samples are being run in THM. + File all documentation appropriately. + Complete special tasks as assigned by QA Manager or Group Lead. **Essential Skills** + Inspection + Quality assurance + Initiative + Communication + Attention to detail + Testing + Ability to lift 30lbs **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school education or equivalent + Good color perception + Self-motivated + Organizational skills + Math skills + Previous quality experience preferred + Computer knowledge **Why Work Here?** Join a great place to work with opportunities for upward mobility.
