Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

Join our high-tech manufacturing team as a Quality Inspector, where you will use your mechanical skills and manufacturing experience to ensure the quality of precision components for the aerospace and gas turbine engine industries. This role involves performing in-process and complete inspections on aerospace parts using predetermined methods, setups, and specifications.

ResponsibilitiesPerform in-process and complete inspections on aerospace parts using predetermined methods and prescribed specifications.Conduct airflow testing to evaluate the airflow through machined holes on aerospace engine parts.Utilize a computer system to determine if parts pass inspection and sign off on the inspection sheet or traveler.Collaborate with other night shift inspectors to maintain quality standards.Essential SkillsPrevious manufacturing experience with industrial equipment.Strong mechanical ability.High attention to detail.Proficiency in computer skills.Good handwriting skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsQuality experience preferred.Experience with inspection or auditing in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.Ability to troubleshoot and use hand tools.Familiarity with blueprints and quality checks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role is available on just one shift: Night Shift (Monday-Thursday: 5:30PM - 4AM, Friday: 3:30PM - 12AM) with a 10% shift differential for the night shift. The dress code requires steel toe boots, jeans, and a long sleeve shirt. Expect to work with 4-5 pieces of equipment at a time in the production and machine department.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
