Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will conduct various product and quality process inspections to ensure adherence to standards. You will document inspection results by completing reports and logs and input data accurately into the quality database. Daily audits of assigned areas will be conducted to verify tools for proper torque and calibrations, as well as proper Electrostatic Discharge procedures.
ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections to identify defects and ensure work instructions are followed during the assembly process.Check the quality on assemblies, ensuring both visual and correct parts are secured.Verify that ESD safety rules are applied when handling electronics.Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using company cameras to capture footage of servers before they proceed to test and repair teams.Essential SkillsVisual inspection skills to identify defects.Experience with quality checks and quality inspection.Familiarity with ESD procedures, electronics, schematic, blueprint, assembly, mechanical assembly, and electronic assembly.Additional Skills & QualificationsRequires at least 6 months of related experience.Strong attention to detail.Ability to stand for prolonged periods.Ability to work on ladders and manual dexterity.Effective communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written directions.Team player with the ability to work within a team environment.Why Work Here

Work Environment
The work environment is high-security and clean, requiring standing for long periods of time. ESD procedures are followed, and loud ear protection may be needed. Training is provided, and employees are encouraged to have transferrable skills. The role involves using both computer and pen and paper for logging information. Flexibility is valued, and prior experience in assembly and final inspection is beneficial.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
