First Shift Opportunity

Pay: $20/hr

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Quality Inspectors to join our team on the 1st shift. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The primary responsibility of this role is to use inspection tools to ensure the final product meets quality standards before it leaves the facility.

ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections using tools such as torque screwdrivers, socket wrenches, drills, voltmeters, and multimeters.Utilize computers to document inspection results.Communicate clearly with team members.Collaborate effectively within a team environment.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand tools, assembly, and production techniques.Ability to read schematics and perform wire harness assembly, including crimping.Experience with electronics and the use of tools like pliers, screwdrivers, and tape measures.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with reading Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), gauges, and calipers.Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform visual inspections.Work Environment

The work environment is an ISO 9001:2015 certified shop that is quiet, clean, and well-lit. Employees are expected to work independently, as many tasks are repetitive and do not require close supervision. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and closed-toe shoes, with steel toes not required. Breaks include two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
