🛠️What You’ll Be Doing

As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be the gatekeeper of excellence, ensuring every part meets exacting standards:

Inspect machined components using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, pin gauges, and other precision tools.Conduct First Article, In-Process, Final, and Receiving inspections.Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T specifications with confidence.Operate advanced inspection systems including CMM, Zeiss, and Keyence vision systems.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.✅What You Bring to the Table2+ years of experience in a quality inspection role (machine shop or similar).Strong understanding of mechanical inspection tools and GD&T.Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.High School Diploma or GED.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $66560.00/yr.

- Climate Controlled and super clean
- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)
- 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that
- Average tenure is 10+ years
- Life Insurance
- Health, dental, vision, etc... (their benefits for a single person are very phenomenal)
- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits
