Quality Inspector
**Quality Inspector — Keep Innovation Flawless** **What You’ll Do** Become the gatekeeper of precision and performance. As a Quality Inspector, you’ll ensure every product meets top-tier standards and every process flows seamlessly. You’ll be hands-on with inspections, documentation, audits, and team collaboration to keep production sharp, safe, and compliant. + Inspect incoming, in-process, and final builds with precision and confidence + Document results and log data into the quality system with accuracy + Audit torque tools and calibrations daily to maintain production integrity + Verify compliance with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols + Capture footage of servers to document pre-repair conditions + Partner with production teams to maintain a quality-first mindset **What You Bring** You’ve got the sharp eyes, steady hands, and proactive mindset that define great inspectors. + Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity + Clear communication and teamwork capabilities + Comfortable standing for extended periods + Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and follow SOPs + Experience in quality inspection and control (6+ months preferred) + Experience in electronics assembly, visual inspection, or final audit environments Bonus points for: + Experience in schematic and blueprint interpretation + Familiarity with data logging via pen/paper and basic computer entry **Why You’ll Love It Here** We’re serious about quality—and people.
