**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description** Conduct visual inspections with minimal repairs in a fast-paced environment, focusing on solar panels and assemblies. Opportunities are available on 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am . with a 10% pay differential for the latter. **Responsibilities** + Perform thorough visual inspections of solar panels and assemblies. + Identify and execute minimal repairs as needed. + Ensure quality control standards are met consistently. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in quality inspection. + Proficiency in using inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers. + Strong skills in visual inspection. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of quality control processes. **Work Environment** The work environment is climate-controlled, ensuring comfort throughout the shifts. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values precision and quality in a supportive and structured environment.
