**Quality Inspector - Kentwood, MI** + **_$20.00 Per Hour_** + **_1st shift_** + **_Great Company Benefits_** **Job Description** This role involves ensuring customer quality requirements are met by inspecting medical parts with precision. The position requires working on the production floor and verifying parts twice before they are dispatched, ensuring they meet high standards for doctors and final inspection. **Responsibilities** + Conduct inspections of medical parts on the production floor using calipers, micrometers, vision systems, CMM, optical comparators, and Keyence equipment. + Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet tight tolerances. + Read blueprints and ensure accurate dimensions and aesthetics of parts. + Utilize various quality instruments for inspection. + Prepare, review, and approve technical documentation related to inspections. **Essential Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and quality instruments. + Experience with inspection and quality checks. + Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges effectively. + Excellent writing skills for technical documentation. + Experience with microscopes, magnifiers, and optical comparators. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values precision and quality, offering a supportive environment where technical skills are honed and respected. The role requires working the entirety of the shift. Safety attire includes leather uppers with no-slip soles, and safety glasses are provided. Personal glasses can be worn if preferred. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
