About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Quality Inspector to join our team in Colorado Springs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in quality assurance and nondestructive testing, who thrives in a cleanroom laboratory environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for performing incoming inspections, conducting nondestructive testing using microscopes, X-ray, and other lab equipment, and assisting in failure analysis reporting. Your work will directly support the integrity and performance of high-precision semiconductor components.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct nondestructive testing (NDT) using microscopes, X-ray, and other lab toolsPerform incoming inspection of piece parts, including steam age and solderability testingAssist in writing and completing failure analysis reportsOperate lab and inspection equipment in a cleanroom environmentMaintain accurate documentation and follow quality control proceduresWork independently with limited supervisionRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience in quality assurance and quality controlFamiliarity with semiconductor manufacturing processesProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer operationHands-on experience in nondestructive testingAbility to troubleshoot and identify component issuesComfortable working in a cleanroom settingStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsNondestructive Testing (NDT) certifications are a plusExperience with soldering and steam age testingPrior experience in a regulated or high-tech manufacturing environmentWhy Join Us?Work in a cutting-edge lab supporting advanced technologyBe part of a collaborative and quality-driven teamCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunities for professional growth and certification

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $27.88/hr.
