Quality Inspector
**Quality Inspector** **Responsibilities** + Ensure all products meet quality standards and are built correctly. + Conduct pre- and post-inspection checks to identify any issues before shipment. + Perform a third quality check if products are returned due to quality issues. + Take samples and use a tablet for reviewing drawings and orders. + Maintain detailed attention to product quality in a high-speed environment. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Experience in using tape measures accurately. + Strong skills in quality inspection and quality control. + Ability to perform visual inspections and assembly checks. + Preferred experience in concrete/precast industries. + Willingness to obtain DOT Certification, ACI Field Tech Certification, or SCC Certification. **Why Work Here?** Join a team-oriented environment where collaboration is valued and no job is a one-man task. PTO, Company Paid Holidays, 401(k) After 90 days will have access to Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance. **Work Environment and Shift** The role is based in a covered yet outdoor setting, with industrial fans positioned throughout the facility to mitigate humidity. First Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM Must be open to 10 hour shifts working until 5:30PM. Second Shift: 3PM -11:30PM Must be open to 10 hour shifts working until 1:30AM. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
