Quality Inspector
**Seeking Quality Inspectors in Fort Collins, CO** **About the Role** We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this critical role, you will ensure the integrity and compliance of incoming parts and final assemblies through precise inspections and documentation. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining our high standards and reputation for excellence in regulated industries. **Shift & Pay** + First Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM Mon-Fri, $20-$25/hour (DOE) **Key Responsibilities** + Perform 100% inspection of incoming parts and final assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications. + Interpret and analyze technical documents including blueprints, routings, evaluation sheets, and manuals. + Use SAP to access drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for inspection tasks. + Operate precision inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, plug gauges, and microscopes. + Conduct dimensional inspections using appropriate measuring instruments. + Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation. + Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure continuous improvement. + Perform final inspections on completed assemblies, with a target of 10 assemblies per day after the initial training period. **Qualifications** + 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or assurance. + Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals required. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. + Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and metrology equipment. + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. + Basic understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus. **Preferred Skills** + Experience with quality control processes and documentation. + Ability to identify and communicate quality issues effectively. + Knowledge of Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies is advantageous. **Why Join Us?** + Be part of a leading manufacturer in one of Colorado’s fastest-growing sectors. + Work in a modern, state-of-the-art facility designed for efficiency and innovation. + Enjoy competitive pay and excellent benefits upon conversion to a full-time role. + Grow your skills in a supportive environment that values continuous improvement and professional development. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
