**Job Title: 1st Shift Quality Inspector**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Quality Inspector to join our quality department. In this role, you will work from Monday to Friday, 7am-4:30pm, following a 9/80 schedule. You will be involved in the manufacturing, testing, and inspection of aluminum heat pipes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Measure and test equipment using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and various hand tools/instruments.
+ Follow shop drawings and basic blueprints for customer orders.
+ Transfer written data and data from machinery into the database using a computer.
+ Participate in the inspection process from start to finish, including inspecting machined parts and performing quality checks on products for the military or NASA.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in brazing, inspection, soldering, and assembly.
+ Proficient with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
+ GED or Diploma required.

**Work Environment**
Our company started in 2003 as an R&D company and has grown into a competent manufacturer of thermal management products for a variety of industries, including commercial satellites, military vehicles, medical devices, and HVAC systems. The work environment includes a collaborative management team, supportive divisions, and a casual dress code of jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes (sneakers are fine).
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
