Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a **Quality Inspector** to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting production excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Inspector 1st Shift + 2nd Shift
**Shifts:** 1st: M-TH, 7am-5:30pm
2nd: M-TH, 4:30pm-3am
**Location:** Carlos, MN
**Pay Range:** $21+/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Set up inspection equipment for use on the production floor.
+ Complete first article inspections on products and conduct in-process floor inspections.
+ Train production staff on the proper use of gages and inspection documentation.
+ Work collaboratively with team members to solve quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S and Lean principles.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma plus at least 1 year of experience in Quality Inspection in a manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to accurately use gauge/measurement tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and blueprints.
+ Strong mathematical skills, including geometry and trigonometry.
+ Effective communication skills to instruct and train others.
+ Ability to solve practical problems in various situations with limited standardization.
