**Job Title: Quality Inspector 1st Shift** **Job Description** Under the direction of the Quality Supervisor, this position involves performing continuous in-process inspections. This includes enforcing the Quality Hold program for new welders and documenting inspection results as required per customer specifications. The inspector will use appropriate documentation, records, and reports to support and enforce the SPS ISO 9001 Quality Standards System. **Responsibilities** + Perform continuous in-process inspections. + Enforce the Quality Hold program for new welders. + Document inspection and documentation results per customer requirements. + Utilize documentation, records, and reports to support SPS ISO 9001 Quality Standards System. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Experience with micrometers and calipers. + Ability to use a tape measure. + Strong computer documentation skills. + Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in visual weld inspection. **Why Work Here?** Join a small department with room to grow in an expanding company, offering opportunities for professional development. **Work Environment** This position operates during 1st Shift Hours, 6am-2:30PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $26.50/hr.
