What you’ll do
Develop and maintain site controls aligned to Mars Global Quality Standards, including Material Quality, Allergen Management and GMP/GHPLead the Food Fraud Vulnerability and Allergen Management programs and teamsSupport Operations with troubleshooting, root cause analysis and Q&FS risk assessments as part of Hold & ReleasePartner with R&D on new product launches and major process or recipe changesDrive continuous improvement and execute quality projects across the siteWhat you’ll bring
A degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry or similar (BSc/MSc preferred)Experience in a food manufacturing environment across Quality, Food Safety, Engineering or Product/Process DevelopmentKnowledge of HACCP, GMP/GHP, FSSC22000 and Allergen Management (highly regarded)Exposure to Q&FS issue management, standards implementation and internal auditingStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across functionsThis is a varied and impactful role where you’ll work closely with multiple teams, grow your capability and help ensure Mars products continue to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
