Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to oversee investigations related to customer complaints. This role involves executing root cause analysis and testing of returned products to understand and resolve issues. Collaboration with the R&D team is essential to determine effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Monitor and investigate customer complaints regarding products.Conduct thorough testing and root cause analysis on returned products to identify issues.Document findings and collaborate with the R&D team to develop solutions.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of investigations and test results.Essential Skills
Proficiency in investigations and root cause analysis.Experience with testing protocols and handling customer complaints.Strong documentation skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with NCR, CAPA, and Document Control is advantageous.Work Environment
This role involves working with minimally invasive therapeutic devices that utilize temperature-controlled radiofrequency energy to treat chronic nasal conditions. All products are FDA cleared, ensuring a high standard of quality and safety.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
