Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer III to join their team. As a vital part of the Quality Department supporting cross-functional teams, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to quality management, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

**What's the Job?**
+ Investigate and resolve quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
+ Develop, execute, and monitor CAPA plans to address issues and prevent recurrence.
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
+ Lead and manage quality improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of objectives.
+ Maintain accurate records of quality issues, CAPA activities, and project progress.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5-7 years of relevant experience in quality engineering within the medical device industry.
+ Mechanical or Industrial Engineering education background.
+ Proven expertise in CAPA processes and root cause analysis techniques.
+ Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as ISO and FDA.
+ Excellent project management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
