Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for testing cloud-based AI inference services, APIs, and data pipelines. Your focus will be on automation and validation of backend systems (excluding BI dashboard validation).

 (Work from the office – Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain browser-based UI automation tests using tools such as Selenium or Playwright with JavaScript or Python.Validate data flow across services and ensure accuracy of model outputs.Execute integration, regression, and performance testing.Collaborate with global development and QA teams.Coordinate with engineering teams across China and the U.S. to ensure cross-functional quality standards.Own the entire testing lifecycle including test planning, design, and execution.Design, implement, and optimize automation frameworks, tools, and test scripts.Identify product flaws proactively and ensure issues are resolved before release.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience with Agile development and tools like JIRA.Background in data analytics or database management is a plus.Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and innovative mindset.High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Collaborative and team-oriented attitude.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in test automation and quality assurance.Hands-on experience testing AI/ML components and backend services
