Our client, an aerospace manufacturer based out of Israel, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of their new facility, in the United States with the ability to wear various hats on a smaller team. **Job Title: Quality Engineer** **Location: Ladson, SC 29456** **Pay Range: $100,000-$125,000/yearly** **What’s the Job?** + Quality Manager within the programs across all quality aspects, from contract receipt to program completion. + Participating in audits, writing quality plans, and monitoring execution. + Leading and managing quality processes in aero-structure projects. + Conducting internal quality audits within the program to verify compliance with customer requirements and company procedures, as well as preparation and support for external quality audits. + Ensuring the company meets customer requirements. + Managing quality processes (MRB, CAPA, failure investigation, etc.). **What’s Needed?** + Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Materials Engineering + 3+ years of experience in Quality Control / Manufacturing Engineering + Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry (worked with ISO (could be automotive or med device are industries they seem open to, or naval/submarines, metal, etc.)) + Knowledge of composite materials – an advantage + Familiarity with aviation standard AS9100 – an advantage + Knowledge in CATIA – an advantage + Excellent people skills + Self-learning abilities + Ability to manage, lead, and drive cross-organizational processes. + Experience with multiple interfaces and collaborating with customers domestically and internationally ****This is an onsite role.
