Quality Engineer

Make It With Pride.** You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. **How you will contribute** You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Relevant experience in a laboratory. + Working efficiently on a team + Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer/business requirements + Attending to detail and following written instructions + Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing + Project management and working on multiple activities at the same time + MS office applications **More about this role** **Education / Certifications:** National Diploma (minimum) **Job Required Skills:** · Process Management · People Management · Problem Solving · Good PC Literacy · Be able to interpret Process Control Parameters to Corporate and Legal requirements and recommend Corrective Actions if required · Training Plant Organization (c) Experience **Experience:** 2-4 years experience in manufacturing area especially in Quality area. Hands on experience on CTP, CTQs, Run rules, Data review in IQS, CPM, CPMU. Responsible for preparing root cause and CAPA in collaboration with the team for the out of specifications, consumer complaints events **The Individual Contributor in the position of Q Eng should be able to produce all the end results of the job in the following areas:** 1. Manage, maintain and continually improve the Quality Chain Management System present in the plant to make sure that the local policy is compliant with corporate ones, FSSC22000 and legal requirements. This includes both the Intranet/Quality Suite system and the controlling of the documents available in the plant in hard copy versions. All those activities involve engagement of other functions. 2. Maintain and review the line performance system to ensure corporate policies compliance through audits of the system compliance, implementation of communication process and proactive identification of issues. 3. Responsible for HACCP Program implementation, including but not limited only to: coordination of verification, validation, review R&D partial HACCP plans, review of food safety risks as per Kraft Foods and ISO 22000 requirements, leading the HACCP Team, etc. 4. Lead and participate in the plant employees’ training with regards to quality awareness. Reviewing current practices and providing timely feedback to Plant employees. Raise the Quality awareness among the plant employees. 5. Manage, maintain and continually improve the Consumer Value Program in order to verify effectiveness of the Quality Chain Management System. 6. Compliance & Integrity: Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position. Raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue. Apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct. 7.
