Quality Documentation Specialist
Job Title: Quality Documentation SpecialistJob Description The Quality Documentation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of documentation within the organization. This position involves assembling customer document packages, constructing and submitting first article inspection reports, and preparing these documents for customer inspection and shipping. The role supports manufacturing operations, including documentation for defense and government programs. Responsibilities + Assemble customer document packages with precision and attention to detail. + Construct and submit first article inspection reports for customer review. + Prepare documentation for customer inspection and shipping. + Ensure accurate, current, and accessible documentation across the organization. + Support manufacturing operations with quality documentation, including defense and government programs. Essential Skills + Experience as a Quality Administrator or Quality Technician. + Proficiency in ISO9001 quality standards. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality documentation. + Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to transition from a quality technician role to documentation-focused responsibilities. Work Environment The position is based in a clean manufacturing environment, described as the cleanest seen by many. The role is part of a 20-person team on the first shift. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential flexibility in scheduling. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mukwonago, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
