Quality Director (México) Job Number: 362356 Category: -MFG & Supply Chain SBU Description: We are seeking a Quality Director to support our growing client need in Mexico. In this role, you will be leading the operations in the area of quality for a global leader in electric motors and drive-control systems. Job Duties: - Quality system maintenance: maintain and optimize the quality management system - Process quality control: monitor key production/service processes, conduct data and root cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and promote corrective and preventive actions - Quality tools application: skilled use of FMEA, 8D and other quality tools Required Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering (mechanical, electrical, etc.) - 10+ years experience in quality management - Prior experience in manufacturing (foreign companies or joint ventures) - Must be able to communicate clearly in Chinese and English Preferred Qualifications & Skills: - Prior Motor manufacturer experience As an employee with Belcan, you will be part of one of the largest engineering firms in the world.
