Job Title: Quality Coordinator
Job Description
The Quality Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Oxford BESS project as it transitions into construction and early operations. This position is essential in ensuring quality execution across both electrical and civil scopes, while contributing to the development and implementation of project-specific Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
Responsibilities
Create ITPs for electrical scopes with assistance from the operations team and review ITPs across other disciplines.Complete necessary documentation for inspections and communicate inspection needs, hold points, and updates to stakeholders.Review subcontractor ITPs to verify compliance with their quality programs.Manage and organize documentation by reviewing, sorting, filing, and ensuring completeness of quality records.Participate in inspections and coordinate required customer notifications.Monitor daily operations to understand progress, upcoming quality requirements, and potential issues.Engage professionally with the customer on inspection coordination and quality updates.Maintain high levels of organization, self-direction, and consistency in documentation and monitoring activities.Essential Skills
Experience in quality assurance, quality control, and quality management systems.Electrical education with experience reading electrical drawings.QA/QC experience in monitoring ITPs, Baro loggers, wire termination, and QA/QC documentation.Knowledge of civil QA/QC including ITPs, safe tests, slump tests, and compaction tests.Experience in construction industries such as BESS, Solar, Automotive, or other power generation industries, civil.Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and welding procedures CWB W47.1, W59.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong civil QA/QC experience.Knowledge of ISO 9000.Understanding of welding procedures CWB W47.1, W59.Work Environment
The role involves a 40-hour work week, fully on-site, with working hours from 7am to 3pm, including frequent overtime. The Quality Coordinator will report to the local Quality Manager and collaborate with the on-site operations team, ensuring seamless integration and support throughout the project.

$40-$50/hr
