Optical Cable Corporation, a leader in the Optical Cable Industry, is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join their team. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be part of the quality control department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Coordinator
**Location:** Swannannoa, NC
**Pay Range: 18.00-21.00 DOE**
**Shift: 630a-5p, Mon thru Friday at lunch**
**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
+ Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes.
+ Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement.
+ Document findings and prepare reports for management review.
+ Assist in training staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience in quality control or a related field.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
