Conduct trial, initial, inline & final QC inspections.

Approve materials, assess samples, and ensure production meets specifications.

Identify quality issues early and support factories with solutions.

Ensure all testing, labeling and fit standards are met.

Work with suppliers to improve processes and close quality gaps.

Communicate inspection results and improvement actions clearly to internal teams and suppliers.

Degree in Textile Science or International Business preferred.

Minimum 5 years’ footwear manufacturing or QC experience (China experience essential).

Strong understanding of international footwear standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.

Strong communication in Mandarin & English.

Problem-solving and detail-oriented.

Flexible, proactive and collaborative.
