Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Houston, TX, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a vital part of the quality assurance department, you will support the production process by ensuring products meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Control Technician
**Location:** Houston, TX
**Pay Range:** $21.65
**Shift:** Nights (6pm-5am)
**What's the Job?**
+ Monitor production processing through quality control audits to ensure compliance with standards
+ Conduct detailed inspections and testing of manufacturing processes and products using appropriate equipment and techniques
+ Analyze statistical data related to process performance and report findings to management
+ Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
+ Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality records for traceability

+ Ability to perform quality inspections and tests with precision and consistency
+ Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
+ Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration
+ Willingness to learn and adhere to quality procedures and standards
+ Basic understanding of quality management systems and inspection equipment
