Location: Sarasota, FL

Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM (occasional weekend work)

Quality Inspector – Sarasota, FL

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality, safety, and reliability. You’ll perform inspections, document results, and work closely with production teams to maintain compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming materials, in‑process components, and finished productsUse precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsDocument inspection results and maintain accurate recordsIdentify non‑conformances and communicate findings to the quality and production teamsSupport root‑cause analysis and corrective action activitiesContribute to continuous improvement initiativesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturingAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsProficiency with basic measurement toolsStrong attention to detail and problem‑solving skillsBasic computer skills for data entry and reporting

Preferred:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmetto, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
