**Job Title: Quality Control Technician** Job Description We are seeking a Quality Control Technician responsible for the final inspection and testing of assembled trucks. The role involves ensuring the correct installation of custom units, testing buckets and hydraulics for proper operation, and documenting inspections for trucks to be approved for field operation. Responsibilities + Conduct final inspections and testing of assembled trucks. + Ensure proper installation of custom units. + Test buckets and hydraulics to verify correct operation. + Document inspection results and approve trucks for field use. Essential Skills + Proficiency in using power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Strong inspection and troubleshooting skills. + Experience with diesel, repair, electrical, and pneumatics. + Knowledge of trucks and vehicles with hydraulics. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Minimum 2 years of mechanic experience. + Minimum 2 years of hydraulics experience. + Minimum 2 years of 12v wiring experience. + Candidates must have their own tools. + Experience as a lineman or in utilities operating trucks that lift personnel is advantageous. The position is based in a fab/service shop within two facilities - a new production facility and a service facility. The production facility is modern, clean, and well-lit, while tools are provided for production assemblers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union Grove, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
