**QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN** Description: This role is critical to ensuring our aerospace components meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with **CMM machines** , a strong understanding of **GD&T** , and a passion for maintaining excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shift and Pay: + 1st and 2nd shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm , 2:30 pm - 11 pm ( Monday - Friday ) + $20-25/ hr **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate and program **Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)** to inspect complex aerospace components + Perform **first article inspections** , in-process checks, and final inspections using CMM and manual tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) + Interpret **engineering drawings** , specifications, and GD&T requirements to validate part conformity + Document inspection results and generate **quality reports** for internal and customer review + Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve non-conformances and improve manufacturing processes + Maintain calibration records and ensure inspection equipment is in optimal condition + Support internal audits and assist in maintaining **AS9100** and other aerospace quality standards Environment: + Nice climate controlled environment in a large machine shop **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
