**Job Title: Quality Control Technician**
Job Description
Provide quality assurance support to the production team to ensure the highest quality standards and procedures are met by performing detailed audits of in-process and finished products. Document daily production processes and collect data to analyze trends. Work with quality control production teams to diagnose issues and implement corrective action procedures.
Shift
Monday - Friday 6pm - 6:30am
Responsibilities
+ Conduct internal quality audits to verify product compliance with company standards and tolerances.
+ Sample and test products at various stages of production.
+ Troubleshoot production and quality issues on the production floor and inspect products to ensure quality standards are within tolerance.
+ Perform internal and external calibration on all test equipment to ensure testing accuracy.
+ Assist the Quality Manager with assigned duties as necessary.
+ Complete training provided by the supervisor.
+ Comply with all safety and company policies and procedures.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Quality assurance and quality control expertise.
+ Proficiency in using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
+ Experience with documenting requirements and tolerance analysis.
+ Troubleshooting skills.
+ Solid understanding of test equipment.
+ Working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information for recordkeeping and database management.
+ Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; database and ERP system experience preferred.
+ Product compliance and maintaining compliance systems to ISO standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
+ Minimum of 2-5 years of inspection and/or production experience.
+ One-year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
+ Systems analysis and monitoring skills.
+ Experience in reviewing change requests, preparing for audits, dealing with NCRs, and maintaining compliance with regulations and third-party approvals.
+ Ability to create and maintain the Product Compliance Register (PCR) and ensure different functional departments are prepared for audits.

Work Environment
The position operates in a production environment that is loud, dirty, and dusty. Personal protective equipment is required, including safety toe shoes and safety glasses. The environment is not climate-controlled.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.18 - $25.18/hr.
