**Job Description** Conduct visual and functional inspections of components and medical devices at various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and company specifications. **Responsibilities** + Perform detailed measurements and tests on components and finished products using precision measuring equipment and tools such as calipers, micrometers, gage blocks/pins, measuring microscope, and height gage. + Follow established inspection procedures and standards. + Identify and document defects or non-conformities and collaborate with the production team to address and resolve them. + Conduct final inspections and quality checks before products are released for shipment. + Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and testing results. + Assist in root cause analysis and participate in corrective and preventive actions when necessary. **Skills & Qualifications** + Quality inspection and control + Use of measuring microscope, gauges, calipers, and micrometers + Ability to read engineering drawings + Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards + Excellent communication skills + Knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and metrology + Attention to detail + Documentation and record-keeping + Problem-solving and time-management **Why Work Here?** This is a long-term opportunity within a growing company that offers room for growth. **Work Environment** Work as part of a small quality team, collaborating with a larger assembly and engineering team.
