As part of the Contract Quality Management function, the primary focus will be on ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations and adherence to quality standards. This position involves managing the delivery of services for one of the world's largest consumer goods companies, indicating a high-profile client and significant responsibility in maintaining service excellence. The responsibilities likely encompass monitoring service performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and client satisfaction. The onsite requirement suggests a hands-on approach to managing service delivery and maintaining a close working relationship with the client and internal teams. **What You’ll Do:** + Reviews SLA support changes, leads all aspects of Quality Management Services (creation, revision, enforcement), and guides initiatives for excellent customer service and quality. + Observes event & root cause investigations, troubleshoots, and makes recommendations; evaluates continuous improvement effectiveness and presents recommendations to management. + Directs integration and oversight of client requirements. + Manages the inspection readiness program and acts as the point of contact for vendor management programs. + Supports company and client agendas. + Applies standard principles and techniques to assigned tasks and solves routine problems. + Possesses broad job subject area knowledge; leads by example, models CBRE RISE values, and may convince to reach agreement. + Impacts work quality, works within standardized procedures, and explains complex information clearly. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
