Job Summary
As a Quality Control Specialist IV in Wholesale Loan Operations, you review documentation and approve loan transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy. You participate in projects assigned by the manager and work within high volumes and daily deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

Review documentation to ensure compliance, credit, audit, and funding requirements are metEnsure approved and executed documents are consistentConduct quality review and approval of loan funding, wires, payments, and rate updatesEnsure processed work complies with proceduresUse multiple loan and supporting systems to complete quality reviewsCommunicate and clarify information with processing teamsMeet service level expectations and team/individual goalsOrganize and prioritize work in a metrics-driven environmentSupport a teamwork-focused environment and present a professional attitudeAdapt to best practices and seek constant improvementEffectively multi-task and prioritize workloads within tight service levels

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

College degree or 3 years of financial services or operations experienceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to organize and prioritize work, handling multiple tasks concurrentlyDetail-oriented and methodical approach to tasksWorks with urgency and adapts to best practicesDemonstrates teamwork and shares information with peersProfessional attitude in all company interactionsProficient in MS Office programs and able to quickly adopt new systemsCriminal background and credit screening required prior to hiring and annually thereafter
