ABOUT THE ROLE

The Quality Control Inspection Specialist will ensure all assembly, testing and inspection steps were performed in accordance to specification and manufacturing documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure manufacturing documentation for all assembly, testing and inspection steps were performed in accordance to specification Coordinate repairs and/or questions regarding discrepancies Coordinate incoming inspections on general material and perform outgoing material inspections when needed Complete record of inspection results, acceptance, rejection and disposition. Enter basis data into computer databases/logs Perform visual and mechanical inspections at sub-assembly and final assembly levels, using drawings/specifications and general quality control standards Interpret construction drawings and specifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Good working knowledge of inspection method for home manufactuing Familiar with usage inspection equipment Ability to communicate effective in oral and written formats
