Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee a ground-up building project at Pax River Naval Air Station. This role involves managing a 7,000 square foot Secure Weapons Facility, with the exteriors nearly complete and focus shifting to the interior fit-out. The manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards are upheld, and discussing project progress in meetings.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations of the construction project.Review the scope of work and ensure compliance with quality standards.Conduct meetings and speak on the progress of the project.Uphold safety and quality standards according to OSHA and USACE regulations.

Essential Skills

Quality Control Management experience.OSHA 30 Certification.USACE Quality Control Manager Certification.5-8 years of federal construction experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with federal construction projects.Strong communication and leadership skills.

Work Environment

Work is fully on-site at the Pax River Naval Air Station. The company values work/life balance and offers growth opportunities. Dress code and safety equipment adherence are required at the construction site

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Patuxent River, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $60.10/hr.
